I order from indian-tiffin.com often, and the spice level is always spot on. Medium actually tastes like medium every time, not bland one day and way too hot the next. There’s just something about it that makes ordering feel easy because I know what to expect. The food is tasty and dependable, which I really appreciate.

I ordered from indian-tiffin.com twice, and the first impression wasn’t great. The food itself was okay, but the delivery timing felt unreliable right away. The first order showed up almost on time, so I thought maybe it was fine.
The second time was around 35 minutes late, and I had to call to check what was going on, which was annoying after a long workday when I was already hungry. It’s not the worst experience ever, but they really need to improve their delivery updates and timing.

I was disappointed that I couldn’t just pause my plan on my own. Having to email them first for something that should be simple felt like an unnecessary hassle, and it left a bad impression.

The food was okay overall. Some dishes tasted fresh, but a few felt like they had been sitting around for a while. The quality seems a bit inconsistent whenever I order. Also, I had to wait in a long queue, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be...

I kept noticing the same pattern throughout the meal: the prices felt high, but the portions were on the smaller side. By the end, it just didn’t really add up for me, and I didn’t feel like it was worth the money.

I had a small issue with the timing of my order, so I messaged Indian Tiffin just to see what was going on. Nothing major, but I was a bit unsure and wanted an update.

They got back to me quickly, not instantly, but faster than I expected. The person I spoke with was polite, explained the delay clearly, that made the wait less annoying.
The food was fine too, but this review is really more about the customer service. I’m giving 4 stars because I do think they could’ve sent the update earlier without me having to ask, but overall… good experience.

I really enjoyed the food, it felt close to home-style Indian tiffin. The dal and sabzi had good flavor and weren’t too oily. The chapatis could’ve been a little softer, but I can’t say I didn’t like the meal overall. I’d definitely order again.

I needed my meals with less oil and no dairy, and they were able to make that happen. I did have to remind them once, which was a little annoying, but overall I felt really good about it. It just made things easier for me, and I was happy with the experience

I really liked how much variety there was. If you’re someone who enjoys browsing and comparing different choices, it’s definitely a plus. I could see it feeling like a lot if you just want to grab something quickly, but for me, having so many options made the experience better...

Most days the tiffin shows up on time and the food is decent. Umm, there have been a few times when the delivery was late and I didn’t really get much of an update. Overall it’s not bad, I just wish it was a bit more consistent.

The food itself was okay, but the packaging was disappointing. One of the boxes leaked, so by the time it arrived the whole bag was oily?? I wasn’t really expecting that. They definitely need to pack things better.
